Responsibilities
- **Cleaning**: Sweep, mop, dust, and empty trash
- **Organization**: Keep the office tidy and maintain supplies
- **Administrative tasks**: Photocopy, scan, file, and deliver documents
- **Meeting preparation**: Set up meeting rooms and prepare refreshments
- **Equipment maintenance**: Monitor and coordinate repairs for office equipment
- **Communication**: Respond to questions from employees and visitors
- **Event support**: Help organize office events
**Skills**:
- **Attention to detail**: Focus on all areas of a task
- **Organizational skills**: Be able to multitask and keep track of supplies
- **Communication skills**: Be able to communicate with a diverse team
- **Basic literacy and numeracy**: Have basic reading and math skills
- **Reliability**: Be punctual and have a strong work ethic
Experience
- Have experience in an office environment
- Be familiar with office equipment and procedures
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
