**Traecit Innovations Lab** is looking for a **Mobile Application and Web Application** Test Engineer who can work independently to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

We build Web and Mobile products for Startups, Brands, Digital Agencies and Enterprises, helping in bringing their ideas to life.

We are centrally located at Chennai.

**What we are looking for**
- Overall experience of **1 to 3 years mainly focused on Mobile Application Testing**
- Extensive experience of minimum 1+ years in test discipline, test strategy, and mobile automation testing.
- Secure good software quality by studying/developing testing methodologies that can verify and check if the right software has been developed.
- Good knowledge in one or more of the automation testing.
- Hands-on experience in defining test automation strategies for functional, performance, reliability scalability testing.
- Prior experience in performance testing for Rest APIs
- Should have documented, tracked and escalated issues using JIRA or similar tools/means.
- Excellent in using systems like JIRA for tracking purposes and ensuring traceability among test cases, code and requirements
- Working experience with micro-services architecture and AWS will be a plus

**What you will do**
- Building test plans, test scenarios and test data.
- Execute test cases/scripts/scenarios on schedule and open defects as needed.
- Design, build and execute automated tests to validate products/services that are based on Microservices architecture.
- Strongly adhere to specification and style guides.
- Leverage new and established testing methodologies.
- Maintain automated scripts utilizing the existing framework, adhering to coding standards
- Participate in troubleshooting and drive root cause analysis and resolution

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
