As a Field Sales Representative in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, you will be responsible for promoting and selling cutting-edge products to healthcare professionals, research institutions, Universities and hospitals. Your role is crucial in driving product adoption and ensuring that our innovative solutions reach those who need them most.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Analyze competitor offerings to position our products effectively.

2. **Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, researchers, and decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our biotechnology and pharma solutions.

3. **Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.

4. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.

5. **Customer Support**:

- Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service delivery.

6. **Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
