**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Executive

**Salary**: ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**About the Company**:
GSC Glass Pvt. Ltd. specializes in glass processing, providing high-quality glass solutions for a range of industries. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Executive to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Activities**: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and field visits.
- **Client Interaction**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote GSC Glass’s products and services.
- **Project Management**: Understand customer requirements and work closely with the project team to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- **Field Work**: Regular visits to client sites to assess requirements and provide solutions.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets set for the region.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by GSC Glass and present them effectively to clients.
- **Negotiations & Proposals**: Handle pricing negotiations and prepare detailed sales proposals, including project timelines and deliverables.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales (preferably in mechanical engineering or related industries).
- **Education**: A background in Mechanical Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Field Experience**: Must be comfortable with field visits to clients for project-related discussions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- **Vehicle Requirement**: A two-wheeler is mandatory for fieldwork.
- **Compensation**: Petrol allowance and other convenience expenses will be provided.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of sales processes and project management.
Pay: ₹15,609.53 - ₹27,616.13 per month
