We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Establish sales pipeline by attending face to face meetings on a daily basis to nurture the leads.
- Have a keen sense of observation to understand the various stakeholder's positions related to the offering.
- Consistently maintain high standards of communication between the prospects and the company.
- Ability to understand the offering and suitably pitching the right combination in the sales process.
- Meet and convince all the stakeholders to impact their understanding of the offering in a positive manner.
- Regularly come up with new innovative ideas to move the prospects from one stage to another.
- Following the sales process, update the sales coordinator on the meeting status and take necessary steps accordingly and update the internal task log daily.
- Must have prior understanding of Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing and other Business Processes.
- Create detailed proposals customised as per requirements and negotiate to close deals on reasonable terms.
- Must be a Team Player, brainstorm to come up with tactics and strategies, but work independently to execute the same.

**Who will fit the role?**
- Proven record of sales success in business-to-business scenario.
- Past Sales experience in selling software solutions.
- Willingness to travel and camp in another location to get the sales activity done.
- Ability to articulate solution concepts to prospects with Strong presentation skills.
- A knack to simplify and explain technology to prospects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Good Knowledge in MS Office Tools.
- Well organised, with the ability to juggle between multiple prospects.
- Willingness to travel and stay for extended periods if needed.

Location: Delhi / Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
