Title: Field Sales Representative - Delhi NCR (Graduation Required)

**Job Description**:
We are currently hiring a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Delhi NCR. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. A minimum qualification of graduation is required for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and engage potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide accurate information and product demonstrations to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of graduation from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
