1. PAN India Payroll compliance - returns and remittances (S&E, ESIC, PF, PT, LWF, CLRA) and other annual Returns

2. Should have handson experience on ESIC and PF portal related activities - TIC, UAN, Contribution History

3. Experience in documentation Client Audits - CLRA, Min Wages, Workmen Register, Muster Roll etc

4. CLRA License Related documentation and coordination

5. Past Experience in handling Labour /PF/ESIC Department queries/inspections/audits

7. Determine compliance metrics and establish a system for tracking and reporting to corporate governance team

8. Identify regulatory issues, indicate risk implications with business

9. Perform internal compliance audits

10. Represent in external client and internal audits

12. Knowledge of English, Hindi and any vernacular language is required. Knowledge of Kannada would be an advantage

13. Strong Excel and good communication skills are required.
