**Job Title**: AutoCAD Draftsman

**Experience Required**: 5-8 Years (with UAE project experience)
**Location**: Navi Mumbai, India
**Availability**: Immediate Joiners Preferred
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **General Arrangement Drawings (GA)** in coordination with design and engineering teams.
- Draft **Blockwork Drawings** as per architectural and structural layouts.
- Create detailed **Tiling Layout Drawings**, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
- Develop **False Ceiling Layouts** and **Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs)** with precise details and coordination with MEP services.
- Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes and project specifications.
- Revise drawings based on mark-ups, client comments, or site conditions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Maintain drawing documentation and version control.
- **5 to 8 years** of relevant experience working on **UAE-based projects**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** (2D), with knowledge of relevant drafting standards.
- Ability to **work independently** with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Architectural Drafting or related discipline.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
