Job Title: AutoCAD Draftsman

Experience Required: 5–8 Years (with UAE project experience)

Location: Navi Mumbai, India

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with a strong background in UAE construction projects to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and possess expertise in preparing a wide range of technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare General Arrangement Drawings (GA) in coordination with design and engineering teams.
• Draft Blockwork Drawings as per architectural and structural layouts.
• Create detailed Tiling Layout Drawings, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
• Develop False Ceiling Layouts and Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) with precise details and coordination with MEP services.
• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes and project specifications.
• Revise drawings based on mark-ups, client comments, or site conditions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Maintain drawing documentation and version control.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience working on UAE-based projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D), with knowledge of relevant drafting standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Architectural Drafting or related discipline.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices.

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
