- Architectural Draftsman Riyasat Infra Developers An Architectural Draftsman uses CAD software to create precise drawings and plans from an architect s sketches and specifications ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements Key responsibilities include technical drafting site visits for measurements revisions based on feedback and assisting with documentation for permits and construction Strong attention to detail knowledge of CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit and excellent communication skills are essential for this role Key Responsibilities Technical Drafting with plans elevations sections perspective views using Computer-Aided Design CAD software Collaboration Work closely with architects engineers and other team members to understand project specifications and requirements Compliance Ensure that all drawings and designs adhere to relevant building codes standards and regulations Revisions Modify and update drawings based on feedback from architects engineers and other stakeholders Site Visits Visit construction sites to take measurements conduct site surveys and gather necessary information for drawings Documentation Prepare and organize documentation packages including drawings schedules and reports for permits and construction BIM Update and coordinate Building Information Modelling BIM systems as required Record Keeping Maintain accurate and organized records of all project drawings and plans Required Skills Qualifications Experience EQ Experience Degree Diploma in Civil Architectural engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar profile Technical Software Proficiency Strong skills in using CAD software such as AutoCAD Revit ArchiCAD and SketchUp while preparing Civil Structural Architectural MEP drawings Attention to Detail A keen eye for detail is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of drawings Ability to prepare BOQs from the drawings Spatial Visualization The ability to translate two-dimensional 2D drawings into three-dimensional 3D drawings Communication Skills Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with various team members Problem-Solving Innovative thinking to find solutions to design and construction challenges Organization Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and meet project deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
