About Us ACOD a code of design is a growing architectural and design practice based in Manjeri Kerala We specialize in creating innovative functional and aesthetic design solutions with a strong emphasis on detail and client satisfaction Our team thrives on creativity collaboration and delivering projects that stand out About the Role We are looking for a talented Architectural 3D Visualiser to join our studio The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics and the ability to transform architectural concepts into stunning photorealistic 3D visuals and animations This role requires working closely with our architects and designers to bring ideas to life with clarity and impact Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality 3D renderings walkthroughs and animations for architectural and interior projects Translate design sketches CAD drawings and BIM models into realistic visuals Ensure consistency in presentation material application lighting and rendering styles Collaborate with the design team to communicate ideas effectively to clients Stay updated with the latest visualization tools and trends Requirements Degree diploma in Architecture Interior Design 3D Animation or related field Proven experience in 3D visualization for architecture interiors real estate Strong skills in 3ds Max V-Ray Corona Lumion SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop Good understanding of architecture lighting and material realism Creativity attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Preferred Skills Knowledge of Unreal Engine Enscape VR AR visualization Post-production and video editing experience Strong communication and teamwork abilities Location Requirement Our office is located in Manjeri Kerala We appreciate only applicants who are willing to commute to the office daily Applications from outside Kerala are not preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse and creative projects A collaborative studio environment that encourages innovation Competitive compensation and scope for growth within the team Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 180 000 00 per year Ability to commute relocate Manjeri Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Sketchup 1 year Preferred Language Malayalam Preferred Location Manjeri Kerala Preferred Work Location In person
