**Job Vacancy: Tally Operator - Accounts Assistant**

National Facets, a leading player in the gemstone industry, is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our team as an Accounts Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with proficiency in Tally software and a keen interest in accounts management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain financial transactions in Tally software accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in generating financial reports and statements as required.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Tally software is essential.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
