Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including ledger entries, journal postings, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax).
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain accurate records of hospital billing, cash flow, and expense management.
- Support management in budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant (hospital/healthcare experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling financial data.
