**Data Entry Operator (Tally Prime)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input financial data such as sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and inventory transactions into Tally Prime.
- **Voucher Entry**: Create and process various vouchers, including sales invoices, purchase orders, journal entries, and payment vouchers.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements with the Tally Prime records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock entries, stock journals, and stock summaries.
- **Report Generation**: Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and trial balances.
- **GST Compliance**: Ensure compliance with GST regulations by accurately recording and filing GST returns.
- **Data Backup**: Regularly back up financial data to prevent data loss.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Tally Prime Accounting software.
- **Education**: B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime software.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of GST and other relevant taxes.

**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Only residents of Jaipur, Rajasthan, will be considered for this position.**
