5. Manage schedule of meetings and appointments.
6. Work status taken from team and report to the management.
7. Job Allocation Among the team
8. Produce reports, presentations and briefs
9. Preparing Bills
10. Followup Clients for payments
**Requirements and skills**
1. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
2. MS Office and English proficiency
3. Outstanding organisational and time management skills
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
