**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **KYC Management**:

- Collect and verify the necessary documents for helper registration.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory KYC requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and update the database regularly.
- **Marketing Activities**:

- Execute marketing campaigns in targeted localities.
- Organize on-ground promotional events to attract helpers and potential clients.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials in residential and commercial areas.
- **Brand Awareness**:

- Build relationships with local communities to enhance brand visibility.
- Represent Nevinnya Foundation in public interactions and events.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to improve service offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a bike and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
- Familiarity with the Bangalore market and localities.
- Knowledge of Hindi (spoken) is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in fieldwork, marketing, or customer relations is a plus.

**Compensation**:
Salary is open for negotiation and will be commensurate with experience and skills.
