
Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers in person, establish strong relationships, and drive sales of products or services. Field Sales Representatives play a crucial role in expanding the customer base, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present products or services, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of the products or services, emphasizing how they meet the customer's needs.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals. Work towards closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty. Provide excellent post-sales support.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the sales team and management to adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Travel**: Be willing to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend events, and participate in business meetings.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the inside sales team, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts and optimize sales strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

**Job Summary**
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Time: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
