Brand Strategist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a creative and analytical **Brand Strategist** to lead the development, positioning, and management of our brand identity across all channels. This role is key to aligning our brand with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives, while ensuring consistency and emotional resonance in all communications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform branding decisions.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identity in collaboration with creative teams.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Lead brand audits and manage rebranding projects if necessary.
- Craft compelling brand narratives and ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms.
- Guide content and campaign development to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Stay current on branding trends, industry developments, and emerging platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand strategy work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
