Silvish is a fast-growing D2C silver jewelry brand redefining how modern Indian women wear and gift silver. We’re looking for a **highly creative Brand Strategist** to shape our brand identity, craft compelling narratives, and help us build a brand that stands out in a crowded market. Experience in the **jewelry, cosmetics, or perfume space** is a strong plus. **What You’ll Do** - Build and evolve our **brand identity, voice, and positioning** across platforms. - Conceptualize and execute **creative brand campaigns, storytelling, and launch narratives**. - Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels. - Develop brand strategy for key moments like product launches, festivals, promotions, and social campaigns. - Bring fresh ideas for packaging, influencer collabs, gifting, and unboxing experiences. - Conduct market and competitor research to identify whitespace and stay ahead of trends. **What We’re Looking For** - **3+ years of experience** in brand strategy or brand marketing, preferably in D2C lifestyle/fashion/beauty. - A **strong creative mindset** with a proven ability to ideate and execute out-of-the-box campaigns. - Experience working with brands in **jewelry, cosmetics, or perfumes** is a big advantage. - Strong storytelling skills — both visual and verbal. - Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments and collaborating across teams. - Obsessed with aesthetics, moodboarding, copy, and customer perception. **Why Join Silvish** - Be a key player in shaping the brand of one of India’s fastest-growing silver jewelry startups. - Work in a highly creative and collaborative environment with full ownership of brand direction. - Flexible work setup and an opportunity to bring your boldest ideas to life. **If you're a creative thinker who knows how to turn brand vision into reality —> let’s talk.** Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
