**Responsibilities**:
**Fleet Management**:

- Supervise and manage the school's fleet of buses, vans, or other transport vehicles.
- Ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained, regularly serviced, and comply with safety standards.
- **Route Planning**:

- Develop and optimize transportation routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of students.
- Plan routes to accommodate new students, changes in addresses, or other relevant factors.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for students while on the school transport.
- Ensure compliance with local traffic regulations and standards for school transportation.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Oversee and manage the performance of drivers and attendants.
- Conduct regular training sessions for drivers and attendants on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and customer service.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with parents, school administrators, and transport staff.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues related to transportation promptly and professionally.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of student ridership, routes, and any incidents.
- Prepare reports on transportation-related metrics and activities.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Develop and implement emergency response plans for transportation-related incidents.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities in case of emergencies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
