Job Overview

Provides clinical lab data support as seasoned member of the team to execute Laboratory Data Management (LDM) tasks independently for the studies awarded to Q2 Solutions and meets the internal and external client data reporting needs.

Essential Functions
- Completes all Lab Data Management as well as SAS programming trainings in a satisfactory manner.
- Performs data transfer activities as part of Lab Data Management team with minimum support.
- Performs query resolution for all completed data transfer activities as part of Lab Data Management team with minimum support.
- Writes moderate to complex SAS programs to get Client specific data outputs as part of Lab Data Management team with minimum support.
- Attend Client Calls along with other Lab Data Management team members.
- Configure data settings in Lab Data Management systems to create new Data Transfer streams with minimum support.
- Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks at a time, with minimum support.
- Pays utmost attention to detail in performing any tasks as part of Lab Data management team.
- Provides Backup support to other analysts in case of any holidays or leaves.
- Attend and contribute to all internal Lab Data Management team meetings.
- Pays utmost importance to Quality in completing any deliverables as part of Lab Data Management team.
- Capable of doing proper analysis of technical feasibility for all deliverables assigned with minimum support.
- Capable of maintaining proper documentation and traceability of all deliverables assigned with minimum support.
- Regularly brief management team members on study status updates and activities.
- Able to identify and thus communicate any potential challenges to the management team well in advance.
- Keeps the Study Team lead copied in all study relevant communications.
- Shares any new ideas to improve on current process whenever required. [Anant/Debraj]

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- r equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Self-driven.
- keen attention to detail to anticipate, address and/or escalate issues, with aptitude to embrace and be conduit for change.
- Analytical skills as well as ability to proactively identifying process improvements which reduce operational costs and maintain quality.
- Quality conscious with high degree of ethics and integrity carrying out duties in accordance to laws, regulatory standards, and with company policies and procedures.
- General understanding of medical, clinical research.
- Basic SAS Programming Knowledge.
