Event Supervisor

Hi

We have an immediate opening for On-site Supervisor (EVENTS) for our Company.

Must have:

- Good Communication Skill
- Capability of handling 20 plus Labours
- Physically and Mentally Strong
- Preferably a Bachelor
- Two Wheeler with License
- Willing to Work 24*7
- From Hubli Only
- Non Drinker

**Responsibilities**:
**Planning and Coordination**: Planning and coordinating all aspects of an event, including venue, logistics, scheduling, and vendor management like DG set/Stage/Flower Décor/ Branding plus Pasters/ trucks etc. And make sure of all licensing done beforehand.

**Team Management**: Conduct team meeting along with prayer before and after event. Oversee a team of event staff, assigning roles and responsibilities, providing guidance and training, and ensuring smooth collaboration among all team members for success of the event.

**Budget Management**:Involve in budget planning and monitoring, ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget and seeking cost-effective solutions event wise.

**Accommodation & Food**:On event and set up day provide accommodation and food for the team on time. Make sure that no complaints come from the client side.

**Event Setup and Execution**: Oversee the setup and execution of the event, ensuring that all necessary equipment and resources are available and properly arranged on time every time

**Quality Control**: Monitor the event to ensure that it meets quality standards, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the event production.

**Client and Vendor Relations**: Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and troubleshooting any concerns

**Risk Assessment and Safety**: Analyze potential risks and implement safety measures to ensure the well-being of attendees and staff during the event.

**Problem Solving**: Handle any unexpected situations or challenges that arise during the event, making quick decisions and finding solutions to ensure the event's success.

**Capture Photos & Videos**: Take high-quality photos and videos of the event setup and post them in the Asterix Events group to give management work progress information.

**Post-Event Evaluation**:Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future events.

**Stay Updated**:Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the event industry.

Daily Reports to be submitted to the management.
