**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior IT Sales Executive with over 2 years of experience in selling enterprise-level IT solutions. In this role, you will focus on developing large accounts and managing high-value deals. You should have expertise in understanding complex client needs, developing strategic sales approaches, and delivering excellent customer outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.
- Understand and analyze customer IT infrastructure needs, providing tailored solutions for cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and software.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver comprehensive proposals and product demonstrations.
- Manage the sales cycle for large, complex deals, including RFPs, contract negotiations, and deal closing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide insights into customer feedback and market trends to the product development and marketing teams.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand visibility and business relationships.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members to improve performance.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of proven success in IT sales, preferably in enterprise solutions or large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of IT products and services, including cloud services, SaaS, networking,
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Ability to travel as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
