Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our growing team. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales through field visits and consistent follow-ups. Whether you're a fresher eager to start your career or an experienced professional in sales, this opportunity offers a platform to grow and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
 - Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
 - Sales Presentations: Present and promote the company's products/services to prospective clients through meetings, demos, and presentations.
 - Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to offer tailored solutions.
 - Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain engagement and close sales deals.
 - Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics.
 - Product Knowledge: Continuously update yourself on product features, benefits, and value propositions to effectively communicate with clients.
 
Candidate Requirements:
- Age: Up to 35 years
 - Gender: Male candidates preferred
 - Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
 - Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
 - Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
 - Field Sales: Prior experience in field sales or business development is an added advantage
 - Mobility: Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike)
 - Valid driving license is required for field visits and client meetings.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
