**Job Title**: Training Coordinator

**Location**: Ahmedabad, India

**Company**: Marut Air Systems

**Experience Required**:3 to 5 Years

Salary Bracket: Rs.35,000 to Rs.40,000

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Create engaging training curricula tailored to the needs of various departments.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to facilitate employee development.
- Develop and maintain a feedback mechanism to assess training effectiveness and gather input for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.

**HR Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Participate in HR generalist activities, including employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and recruitment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s Certification in training or HR-related fields is a plus.
- Excellent English communication will add weightage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
