**RevBoosters** is a full-stack digital marketing agency based in Pune, established in 2019. Our expert team helps businesses of all sizes—from established companies to brand-new startups—build, run, and optimize their digital operations.

**Location**: Pune (Aundh)
**Work Environment**: 5 Days(Mon-Fri) /Work from Office
**Timings**: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Flexible)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and tailored to various marketplaces. Drive RevBooster's content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate inbound leads.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and original content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, social media updates, and website copy.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling brand stories that connect with diverse audiences and effectively communicate our clients' value propositions.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform content strategies.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery and consistency across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in content strategy and writing, bonus; within the e-commerce or digital marketing sectors.
- Writing Proficiency: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze content performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with the ability to develop unique content ideas.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
