**Open Positions:1. Spoken English cum Digital Trainer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging training sessions in **spoken English** and **basic digital skills**:

- Help students develop communication and digital literacy essential for employment
- Encourage hands-on practice using relevant tools and interactive methods
- Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback and support

**2. Outreach Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mobilize youth from local slum communities to participate in the Lighthouse program
- Build strong relationships with youth, their families, and community leaders
- Act as a role model and clearly explain program benefits to the community
- Ensure enrollment of eligible youth as per the program’s guidelines and targets

**Who We're Looking For**:

- **Based in Odisha**, especially near **Bharatpur**:

- Passionate about working with underprivileged youth
- Strong communication skills in **Odia**, **Hindi**, and **English**:

- Experience in teaching, training, or community engagement (preferred)
- Ready to join immediately
