Roles and resposiblity of Business development executive:

- BDE role marketing resposiblities responsible for marketing activity for the corporates and retail
- Increase sales through the identification and cultivation of new customers
- Develop a detailed data base of potential new customers/clients for the business
- Arrange introductory meetings for senior management and prospective customers
- Plan and implementation an annual marketing plan;regulary updating the managnement team on progress
- Organization and coordination of all promotional and camapigns activities
- Organisaing and attending trade shows and exihibitions
- Preparing and maintainging all promotional materials
- Managing and updating of company web site
- Preparation of sales presentations for customer meetings
- Implementaing ongoing marketing campaign through a number of communication channels indluding e-zine, facebook twitter etc.
- Upkeep and validation of sales pipeline
- Analysis and feedback of and sales pipeline
- Analysis and feedback of sales performance
- Management and accuracy of CRM and onging development of this as the core tool for ongoing sales and business expansion
- Researching new market oopportunities
- Reserching new product areas for the company
- Carryout analusis of the overall competitive landscape, identifying key markets and trends
- Full fill the role of “brand guardian” for the company brand
- Maintain comprehensive rexords and analysis on all marketing activity
- Work closely with the slaes management team to ensure a synergy of activity exist across the entire organization
- To take resposiblity of related and critical key performance indicators
- Pro-active and go get it con real
- Actively plan corporate and residencial campaigns and execute
- Maintain a file on key competitor marketing activity
- Maintain “leading edge” awareness on market developments, promotions, material and technology etc.
- Daily and regularly submit necessary reports before leaving for the day and as per scheduled timeline
- Positively work will team and other department
- Report to BDL

NO of persons required: 20

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
