Job Role: Sales Representative
Job Summary: As a Sales Representative at Vivre Panels, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our high-quality structural plywood, veneers, and surface decoration materials, with a specific focus on wall panels for interior design and architecture. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals, while actively seeking new business opportunities. By meeting and exceeding sales targets, you will contribute to the company's growth and success in providing top-notch products to meet the needs of our valued customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Generation:Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
Proactively reach out to potential customers, including interior designers, architects, contractors, and builders.
Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our wall panels.
Negotiate pricing and terms, ensuring profitable sales while satisfying customer requirements.
Relationship Building:Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Provide personalized and knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Market Analysis and Strategy:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide valuable insights and feedback on customer needs, product improvements, and market trends.
Sales Reporting and Goal Achievement:Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, orders, and payments.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team's objectives.
Actively participate in sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, interior design, or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close sales deals successfully.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory or market segment, as required.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
