**Job Summary**:
The Front Office Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for guests and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. They handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest queries, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, following hotel policies and procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about the hotel, available services, and local attractions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly.
- **Reservations and Bookings**:

- Accurately input guest information, preferences, and payment details into the hotel’s system.
- Handle cancellations, overbooking situations, and special requests.
- **Communication**:

- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure room availability and readiness.
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Cashiering and Payments**:

- Process payments and ensure accurate billing for guests.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods in accordance with financial procedures.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and reports related to guest stays.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain records, reports, and guest logs.
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as maintaining the front desk area and ensuring guest information is updated.
- Ensure that all guest profiles are correctly updated in the system.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Ensure the security of guest information and personal belongings.
- Monitor guest access to rooms and other hotel facilities.
- Handle emergency situations following hotel safety protocols.
- **Teamwork**:

- Work closely with other front office associates, bell desk staff, and housekeeping to provide seamless service to guests.
- Assist in training new front office staff when required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Hotel Management or Hospitality degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using front office management systems and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and welcoming demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport, and services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,116.02 per month
