**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other subscribed B2B platforms daily.
- Call and follow up with potential customers to understand their requirements.
- Share product details, pricing, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product availability, and dispatch timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in Excel.
- Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities through existing leads or customer referrals.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tele sales / B2B sales / online sales (preferably via IndiaMART or TradeIndia).
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
