Job Description (JD) for a Sales & Marketing Executive in the Heavy Structure Fabrication Industry: **Position: Sales & Marketing Executive** **Location: [India]** *** **Key Responsibilities**: 1. **Client Acquisition**: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy structure fabrication sector. - Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building activities. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs. 2. **Sales Strategies**: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Work closely with the management team to align sales strategies with company objectives. 3. **Client Relationship Management**: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences. 4. **Product Knowledge**: - Develop a deep understanding of our heavy structure fabrication services. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. - Provide clients with detailed and accurate information about our products and services. 5. **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: - Prepare regular sales reports, outlining achievements, challenges, and opportunities. - Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments. - Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitor activities. **Qualifications and Skills**: - Any Graduate, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the heavy structure fabrication or related industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Knowledge of heavy structure fabrication processes and industry trends is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: ₹8,352.37 - ₹29,280.87 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Joining bonus - Performance bonus Application Question(s): **Experience**: - Sales & Marketing, field sales, B2C, B2B,: 1 year (required) - Process Equip. for Construction, Industrial & Marine Sectors: 1 year (required) - Exp in Heavy Structure Fabrication Industry?: 1 year (required) - Sales > Design, mfg & Supply of Heavy Structures, Form Works: 1 year (required) Ability to Commute: - Ambernath, Maharashtra (required) Ability to Relocate: - Ambernath, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required) Willingness to travel: - 75% (required) Work Location: In person
