Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Attending and co-ordinating sales activities i.e. registering enquiries, preparing any sales documentation, mailing and following up with customers regarding quotations
- Prepare quotations.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Attending and co-ordinating customer service, organizing reports and invoices.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Coordinate delivery schedule of projects with sales and production team.
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customers’ needs, cost and time restraints.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated reports and submit to management
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience as a sales coordinator
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Any Graduate, Certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
