**Job Title**: Commercial Assistant

**Reports To**: CEO

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update commercial contracts, records, and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as required by the team.
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing for the commercial department.
- **Customer and Vendor Coordination**:

- Act as a point of contact for clients and suppliers, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
- Coordinate order processing, deliveries, and invoicing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders and payments.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Assist in gathering and analysing market data to support business strategies.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- **Financial and Reporting Duties**:

- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Generate periodic sales and financial reports to aid decision-making.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and workflows.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a commercial, sales, or operations setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software like Quick books, etc
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- **Attributes**:

- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
