**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct regular site visits to showcase properties to clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on potential leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, legal requirements, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure smooth deal closure.
- Keep up to date with market trends, new projects, and competitor activity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate or B2C field sales.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
