**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct door-to-door sales campaigns to promote and sell health cards to community members.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and rapport-building.

Provide information and educate residents about the benefits of health cards offered by Little Step Welfare Foundation.

Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Document and report daily sales activities, including leads, conversions, and challenges faced in the field.

Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns.

Stay updated on health card features, benefits, and promotional offers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of health insurance or health-related products is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is an advantage.
