**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Team Member in understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
- Supporting in a range of Credit Cards over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
- Set clear team goals and KPIs.
- Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.
- Do regular performance evaluation.
- Communicate with team about their performance.
- Monitor team performance and reports on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Plan and organize team building actives.
- Should be Confident & Dynamic
- Should have a bent towards Sales

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
