**The Role**:We are a dynamic and growing agency specializing in web development. We manage social media for a variety of clients, helping them to enhance their online presence, engage with their audience, and achieve their marketing goals. We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive to join our team and take charge of both our agency's social media and our clients' social media accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for the agency and its clients
- Create engaging content tailored to the needs and interests of the target audience
- Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media activities and campaigns
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
