**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide legal guidance and support to various departments within the organization.

2. Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

3. Conduct legal research on a variety of topics and provide analysis and recommendations.

4. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

5. Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with company bylaws and regulations.

6. Represent the company in legal proceedings, as necessary.

7. Stays informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide updates to management as needed.

8. Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex legal matters, as required.

9. Provide training to employees on legal issues and compliance matters.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution.

2. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate legal environment.

4. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

5. Excellent analytical and research skills.

6. Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.

7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

9. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

10. Demonstrated the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
