**Job Brief**

To assist in sales and marketing efforts for residential/commercial projects, supporting revenue
growth and brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales
- 1. Support sales teams in lead generation and follow ups.
- Client presentations & pitch, including sales closing and customer onboarding.
- Regular updation of CRM, various sales records and documentation.
- Making sales MIS and management review presentations.
- Research market trends and competitor analysis.
- Expand customer base through calling and referrals.
- Build, manage and grow relationships with channel partners.
- Marketing
- Assist in campaign planning and execution.
- Assist in Co-ordination with various agencies for SMM and other content.
- Update marketing materials (brochures, website content).
- Coordinate events, exhibitions and open houses.

**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.

**Skills**
- Excellent command on English.
- Knowledge of numbers in real estate market.
- Knowledge of MS Office.

**Skills**
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Presentable and confident.
- Results-driven and target-oriented.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
