**Job Title - Production Executive**

**Salary Range - Budget - 25 to 35k**

**Experience - 1 to 5 years**

**Opening is for Sanand Plant Immediate Joiners are Preferred.**
- **Operate and monitor granulation equipment, including grinders, granulators, and associated machinery.**:

- **Adjust and calibrate machinery settings to achieve desired granule size and quality.**:

- **Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.**:

- **Inspect granulated materials for consistency, quality, and adherence to specifications.**:

- **Implement quality control procedures to ensure the final product meets industry standards and customer requirements.**:

- **Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.**:

- **Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and recycling standards.**:

- **Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of production metrics, equipment performance, and maintenance activities**:

- **Prepare and submit reports as required by plant management.**:

- **Work closely with other plant operators, maintenance staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient plant operations.**:

- **Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.**:

- **Risk and opportunity Criteria for risk assessment**:

- **reporting on the performance of the management system and on opportunities for improvement, in particular to your Reporting Manager.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
