At Asite we are looking for a Product Marketing Executive to be part of the product function for our enterprise-focused construction tech SaaS platform. This executive will be responsible for shaping the voice of the product across multiple markets, influencing the roadmap with deep customer insights, and accelerating enterprise adoption and growth.
This role is ideal for a member with 3-5 years of experience and a proven track record in enterprise SaaS marketing, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder environments like construction and infrastructure.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define and drive the overarching product marketing strategy for enterprise construction tech offerings to drive demand and adoption of products.
- Craft compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with diverse stakeholders—from field engineers to C-suite executives at global construction firms.
- Create market research to understand needs and competitive landscape
- Oversee go-to-market (GTM) execution for new products, major feature releases, and strategic partnerships.
- Work with a team of product marketers and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to align on growth priorities.
- Develop sales enablement frameworks that support long-cycle enterprise sales: business cases, industry benchmarks, procurement materials, and playbooks.
- Partner with product leadership on market expansion strategies, pricing models, and analyst relations.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product market-fit and enhance user experience.
- Own the voice of the customer: oversee persona research, customer journey mapping, and value messaging for verticals (e.g., commercial, infrastructure, industrial).
- Have a proactive role in continually improving the process.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2+ years in product marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise GTM strategy and execution, ideally in construction tech, field services, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, procurement processes, and decision-making structures in large enterprises.
- Proven ability to influence product strategy with market intelligence and customer insights.
- Exceptional executive communication skills and a track record of cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to international markets and enterprise expansion playbooks.
- Excellent teamwork skills especially with a “can-do” attitude
