Retail Sales/ Customer Service Associates, reporting to Master Supervisors, are mapped to Grocery Merchants in his local geography, will be responsible to own the relationship with the merchants, and service them by acting as a single point of contact (field based job, tie up grocery stores, and collect orders).

Salary
Rs.12,000 to Rs.15,000 per month, for 0-2 years of experience in Retail Sector

Profile
1. Age 18-28 years
2. Qualification 12th pass (Graduate/ Diploma preferred)
3. Experience 0-2 years in Retail Sector

**Skills**:a) Concept Selling and influencing skills
b) Relationship Management
c) Positive Attitude and passion to drive sales
d) Technology Savvy
e) Familiarity with local market & ability to relate to local language of merchants

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
