**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, subscriptions, policies, and procedures.

**2) Issue Resolution**:

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction according to company policies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree /Graduate
- **Experience**: Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in SPANISH, ENGLISH and FRENCH.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to assess issues and provide effective solutions.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Patience, empathy, and active listening.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
