**Key Responsibilities**:
'¢ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment requirements. Providing a professional resourcing and onboarding service to operational area through building sustainable, strong business relationships with key stakeholders

'¢ Manages the service delivery for the end to end resourcing process, taking ownership and accountability and ensures this is done within set SLA's and KPIS.

'¢ Utilize job boards, maritime networks, and social media platforms to attract top talent. Identifying the most appropriate, cost effective & innovative attraction & direct sourcing methods to deliver

'¢ Ensure compliance with maritime industry standards and regulations during recruitment.

'¢ Build and maintain relationships with maritime training institutions and industry professionals.

'¢ Provide regular status reports on recruitment efforts and progress.

'¢ Analyse results & delivery of attraction methods and adapts strategy accordingly, when necessary.

'¢ Keeps up to date on innovative and leading resourcing practices/methods.

**Qualifications**:
'¢ Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the maritime industry.

'¢ Strong understanding of maritime deck and technical roles.

'¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

'¢ Ability to assess technical qualifications and industry-specific certifications.

'¢ Familiarity with maritime recruitment platforms and databases.

'¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

'¢ Knowledge of international maritime regulations and certifications is advantageous a plus.

'¢ Proven experience of stakeholder management

**Preferred Experience**:
'¢ Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, multi tasking multiple recruitment campaigns.

'¢ Network with maritime professionals and organizations.

'¢ Previous experience in recruiting for specialized technical roles.
