**A Capture data-**
- Primary Sales (from SAP & Interact Software -Daily /Weekly /Monthly basis
- Extract Stockiest wise collection details from reports received from Accounts Dept. & Populate Sale Vs Collection Vs Outstanding report (HQ /Stockiest wise)
- Compile ROI Data received from MM/Sales teams
- Compile Secondary Sales statement received from RSMs
- SKU wise CFA wise Stock Statement compilation
- CRM documents collection and handover to accounts /Legal Teams
- Rolling Forecast in close association with MM/DH & SCM

**B Transmit data**
- To Share daily sales flash Div. Head & RSM/SMs on daily basis
- Transmit collection details to Div. Head & RSM/SMs
- Transmit HQ /SKU wise sales reports to the field force
- Primary & Secondary sales analysis with DH/MM & sales force

**C Store data**
- Preserve & Store Sales /Collection /ROI related details
- Preserve Incentive Policy and assist in the implementation
- Calculation & Validation of Field Force & PMT sales incentives in close association with MM/DH & Accounts teams

**D Retrieve data**
- Periodic retrieval of data needed for Sales reviews, Monthly /QTR/Annual measurement of KRA’s /KPIs
- Help SCM/Distribution /HR/Legal Teams on regular basis in Div. Specific issues
- Extract various Reports from SAP & help DH/MM in execution of Rolling Sales Forecast

**E Manipulate data and display information**
- Using various IT Tools like - Microsoft XL (Basic & Advance), Power point & Making various Spreadsheets & PPTs, Dashboards as an when needed.
- Transaction Processing Systems (TPS)
- Decision Support Systems (DSS)
- Executive Information Systems (EIS)
- Knowledge Management Systems (KMS)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
