As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating a positive and enjoyable experience for customers by preparing and serving a variety of beverages
- You will interact with customers, take orders, and ensure that drinks are made to their satisfaction
- Additionally, bartenders often handle cash transactions, maintain cleanliness in the bar area, and may assist in restocking supplies

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**#Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take drink orders from patrons or servers.
- Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and create a positive atmosphere.

1. Drink Preparation:

- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Prepare garnishes, such as fruit slices or olives, for drinks.
- Ensure that all beverages are presented attractively.

**#Cash Handling**:

- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
- Process credit card payments and maintain a secure cash register.

**#Cleanliness**:

- Keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Wash glassware and utensils.
- Dispose of waste and empty ashtrays.

**#Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes.
- Place orders for restocking as needed.
- Keep track of inventory levels to prevent shortages.

**#Compliance**:

- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with age restrictions.
- Follow company policies and procedures.

**#Multitasking**:

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, preparing drinks, and interacting with customers.

**#Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a bartender is often preferred but not always required.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
