**Bartender/ Server**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- He/She will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
- Must have practical knowledge of basic cocktails and exotic as well. Should be able to curate cocktails with utmost skill & fashion.
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant training certificate, Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality management

Must have certified course for Bar tendering. Minimum a year of work experience in hotel operations or Restruant Operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,286.00 - ₹22,307.08 per month
