Call Co-ordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Call Coordinator will be responsible for managing, organizing, and ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing calls. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing call operations, ensuring calls are answered promptly and routed correctly.
- Monitor call logs, record issues, and maintain accurate call reports.
- Coordinate between teams (customer service, technical support, sales) to ensure calls are addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Provide support in scheduling and follow-ups to ensure customer requests and complaints are handled within stipulated timelines.
- Assist in training new team members on call protocols and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track call metrics and provide reports to management for performance evaluation.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure calls are handled in a courteous and empathetic manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Proven experience as a Call Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [local language] and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using call center software, CRMs, and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with problem-solving skills and customer-first mindse
