**Scriptwriter & Creative Producer (Meta Ads & Social Media Expert)**

We’re looking for someone who’s not just a writer but a storyteller, strategist, and team leader who understands what _sells_ on platforms like Meta.

**About the Role**:
We're on the hunt for a **multi-skilled creative scriptwriter + producer** who has:

- Deep experience in **Meta ad content** and has delivered **performance-driven scripts** that convert.
- A proven history as a **social media handler**, both for personal branding and client-side.
- Strong creative direction skills to **lead a team** of editors, DOPs, and designers to execute visual ideas that align with the brand voice.
- Knowledge of **camera angles**, **visual language**, and **aesthetic styles** that perform on Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- The ability to write and deliver **clear shoot directions**, **editing guidelines**, and **post-production feedback**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scriptwriting for ads across formats (UGC, studio, founder-led, testimonial-based).
- Drafting direction briefs for shoots including tone, angles, costume, and transitions.
- Collaborating with editors and content creators to ensure final outputs match the performance vision.
- Reviewing and optimizing scripts and videos for virality, engagement, and conversions.
- Handling social media calendars, content hooks, and post captions when required.
- Managing internal and client-facing creative timelines, ensuring nothing drops.
- Giving clear post-production feedback based on results and aesthetic benchmarks.

**Must-Haves**:

- At least 2-4 years of experience in scriptwriting for performance creatives.
- Hands-on experience running or managing **Meta Ads** campaigns or content strategy.
- Previous experience as a **social media handler** or content lead.
- Strong aesthetic eye—knows what cuts, styles, and formats perform on Meta.
- Great at leading shoots, managing editors, and keeping creative delivery on track.
- Proficiency in writing briefs and SOPs for editors, DOPs, and post-production teams.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in e-commerce, fashion, D2C, or with personal brands.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Motion graphics or editing understanding
- Previous agency experience
- Worked with UGC creators or influencer campaigns
- Familiar with tools like Notion, Trello, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Workspace

**Compensation**:
Competitive based on experience + performance bonuses + creative credits.
